                                        بروتوكول مدريد بشأن التسجيل الدولي للعلامات

 

الإجراءات المتعلقة بخدمات الوثائق والمستخلصات المعتمدة :

1. إشارةً إلى إشعارالمعلومات رقم 12/2020 ،المنشور في 31 مارس 2020 ،حيث أن المكتب الدولي للمنظمة العالمية للملكية الفكرية (الويبو) أعلنت أنها ستقوم،حتى إشعار آخر،بتسليم مستندات و مستخلصات معتمدة إلكترونياً , هذا يعني توقف خدمات،على سبيل المثال، تقنين الوثائق.

2. يود المكتب الدولي للويبو أن يبلغ أنه سيرسل بالبريد العادي نسخًا مصدقة من شهادات التسجيل الدولي والتجديد والشهادات والمقتطفات التفصيلية المعتمدة المطلوبة في الفترة ما بين 31 مارس و 12 يوليو 2020. 2020 ، سيستأنف المكتب الدولي للويبو تقنين الوثائق والخدمات المعجلة.

3. بالإضافة إلى ذلك ، يود المكتب الدولي للويبو أن يعلن أنه اعتبارًا من 13 يوليو 2020 ، سيقدم نسخًا مصدقة من شهادات التسجيل الدولي والتجديد والتصديقات ومستخلصات معتمدة بسيطة ومفصلة بالوسائل الإلكترونية فقط ، ملفات تنسيق المستندات المحمولة (PDF). يقوم المكتب الدولي للويبو بإرسال نسخ مطبوعة بالبريد العادي من الوثائق المذكورة أعلاه عند الطلب السريع فقط. سيواصل المكتب الدولي للويبو إرسال جميع الوثائق المصدق عليها بالبريد العادي.

Madrid Protocol Concerning the International Registration of Marks
Measures Concerning Certified Documents and Extracts Services
1. Reference is made to Information Notice No. 12/2020, published on March 31, 2020, in which the International Bureau of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) informed that, until further notice, it would deliver certified documents and extracts by electronic means only and suspend services such as, for example, the legalization of documents.
2. The International Bureau of WIPO wishes to inform that it will send by postal mail print certified copies of certificates of international registration and renewal, attestations and detailed certified extracts requested between March 31 and July 12, 2020. Further, as from July 13, 2020, the International Bureau of WIPO will resume legalization of documents and expedited services.
3. In addition, the International Bureau of WIPO wishes to announce that, as from July 13, 2020, it will deliver certified copies of certificates of international registration and renewal, attestations and simple as well as detailed certified extracts by electronic means only, as portable document format (PDF) files. The International Bureau of WIPO will send by postal mail print copies of the above-mentioned documents upon express request only. The International Bureau of WIPO will continue to send all legalized documents by postal mail.
